Job Description:
Dominion Properties, LLC (“DP”) is a growing and successful real estate company located in Baltimore, MD. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join one of Baltimore’s dynamic real estate companies. This part-time role reports directly to the Property Manager.

In This Role You Will:
• Pick up and drop off of various items, such as heaters, from supply houses
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, and exterior grounds
• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
• Assist with light maintenance duties as needed
• Ensure all areas are safe, clean, and presentable for residents and visitors
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Property Manager
• Support property management team with special projects and tasks
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous custodial or janitorial experience is a plus
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Other Qualifications Include:
• Must be dependable and self-motivated
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
• Good problem-solving skills
• Flexible schedule availability preferred
