Your Impact:
- Support property operations to ensure compliance, resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of organization and communication to enhance team performance and property success.
- Process applications and conduct background screenings.
- Investigate and help resolve complaints, disturbances, and violations.
- Contribute to achieving team goals, leasing benchmarks, and resident retention targets.
- Keep the Property Manager informed of information affecting property operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with the Fair Housing Act.
- Prepare, monitor, and distribute operational and financial reports.
- Provide direction to the team in the Property Manager’s absence.
- Conduct weekly meetings with senior management.
- Participate in and attend all required training sessions.
- Previous property management experience, specifically with Housing Choice Voucher Programs (Section 8).
- Knowledge of Fair Housing compliance.
- Intermediate-advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Skilled in time management and prioritization.
- Ability to track both short- and long-term projects through completion.
- Strong problem-solving skills for operational issues.
- Superior communication and relationship-building skills.
